We will deliver 3-5 aptamer candidates for a single target after confirming target binding. Each candidate aptamer will be provided in quantities of 100-200 µg for customer evaluation. The turnaround time is typically 1-3 months.
Customers are required to supply ≥200 µg of the target protein or peptide with ≥95% purity, free of carrier proteins like BSA.

Intellectual property (IP). Dotquant LLC owns its proprietary processes of aptamer screening and RNA synthesis, while the customers will own 100% of the IP rights (upon paying a fee for the IP rights) to the aptamer sequences developed for them.

Fees and Payments. Aptamer screening for one target: US$15K
If the customer wants to own the IP of the aptamer sequence, an additional fee of US$30K will be charged.
